The JobFew Helper is a centralized WHMCS Addon that manages licensing for all JobFew premium modules. Instead of entering license keys in multiple places, you manage everything from one dashboard.

🚀 Installation & Setup #

1. Uploading the Files #

1. Download the jobfew-helper-framework-v1.0.0.zip.
2. Extract the contents to your WHMCS root directory.
3. Ensure the folder modules/addons/jobfew_helper/ exists.

2. Activating the Addon #

1. Log in to your WHMCS Admin area.
2. Navigate to System Settings > Addon Modules.
3. Find JobFew Helper and click Activate.
4. Click Configure and choose the Administrator Roles allowed to access the dashboard.
5. Click Save Changes.

🛠️ Managing Licenses #

1. Navigate to Addons > JobFew Helper from the top menu.
2. You will see a list of installed JobFew modules (e.g., Spaceship Registrar).
3. Enter License Key: Paste your license key from my.topeta.com.
4. Save Key: Click the save icon/button. The module will automatically verify and activate.
5. Status Indicator:

• ✅ Active (Lifetime): Full pro version activated.
• ⏳ Active (Trial): Trial version activated.
• ❌ Invalid/Missing: Licensing error or key not entered.

Centralized Pricing Control #

The Helper Addon acts as the secure gateway for the Live Pricing Feed. By activating your license here, you enable your registrar modules (like Spaceship) to fetch real-time, accurate TLD costs from JobFew.

Product Hub #

If you have multiple JobFew modules, you only need to install the Helper Addon once. It automatically detects new JobFew modules and adds them to your dashboard.

Automatic Updates Sync #

The Helper Addon caches your license status for 24 hours to ensure your modules run fast. If you upgrade your plan at JobFew, simply click Refresh in the Helper Addon to sync your new status instantly.

❓ Troubleshooting #

“Class Capsule not found” #

Ensure you have uploaded the jobfew_helper folder correctly. This error usually means some files are missing or the module was not extracted to the correct path.

“License Verification Pending” #

Usually caused by a firewall blocking outgoing requests to my.topeta.com. Ensure your server allows outbound connections on Port 443.

“PRO Badge Not Showing” #

1. Check if the license is marked as Active in Addons > JobFew Helper.
2. Go to System Settings > Domain Registrars and ensure your module settings are saved.
