Paddle is the merchant of record, so it works out and collects the right tax in every country. Subscriptions sold with EDD Recurring Payments run on Paddle too.

Signed webhooks

Every webhook is checked against your Paddle secret, so orders complete even if the buyer closes the page after paying.
