Keep renewals in line with your package prices
Custom prices pile up through manual onboarding, old promotions and migrated clients. When you raise or lower your package prices, those services keep renewing at the old amount, and Blesta has no screen that lists them all. Override Price Sync shows every overridden service next to its current package price, lets you preview the difference, and changes only the services you choose. Every change is logged with the old price.
Preview before you change anything
A dry-run table lists the client, service, package, current price, new price, difference and term for every match.
Clear or update the override
Remove the custom price so the service follows package pricing, or set it to today’s package renewal price.
Increases, decreases or both
Only raise underpriced services, only lower overpriced ones, or handle both at once.
Exclusions
Leave out packages, package groups, client groups or individual clients.
Sync selected or all
Tick the services you want, or update everything that matches your filters.
Multi-currency aware
Prices are compared in each service’s own currency, using your package price in that currency or your Blesta exchange rates. A client’s billing currency never changes.
Audit log
Every change is recorded with the old and new price, what triggered it and which staff member made it.
Optional automation
Sync a package’s overridden services when you edit that package, or run a scheduled task. Both start switched off.
